Saintly Habits - Aquinas' 7 Simple Strategies You Can Use to Grow in Virtue

Author(s): Andrew Whitmore

Spirituality | Aquinas

The habits known as virtues are the keys to true happiness, both in this life and in the next, but many of us remain mystified about how we can actually become virtuous. Thankfully, St. Thomas Aquinas wrote extensively about the virtues -- and he not only provides definitions of these virtues but also practical ways to cultivate them! In this book, Andrew Whitmore uses the timeless wisdom of St. Thomas to help us understand the virtues, and he offers everyday examples and effective "Doctor of the Church-approved" strategies for incorporating these saintly habits into our daily lives.
