The prayer of the Divine Mercy was dictated by Jesus to St. Faustina, a simple, uneducated Polish nun, in the chapel of the Convent of Our Lady of Mercy in Vilnius in 1935. Jesus promised that the souls that say this chaplet will be embraced by His mercy during their lifetime and especially at the hour of their death.
